Necesary Experience :
Five Star Hotel/ Fine Dining
Minimum 2 years experience in International Hotels in the same position.
10 yrs experience in a good size luxury hotel with 5 - 6 F&B outlets & kitchens.
Fluency in both written & oral English.
Have good communication skills.
Have strong leadership and Interpersonal skills
Calm /friendly but at the same time firm in the day to day busyness.
No introvert and not to outgoing personality.
Creative and hands on.
